Playing with words...

In the US it's better to be rich and healthy than poor and sick.
In France sometimes it's better to be poor when you're sick: social security is in charge of everything.
In Russia, if you're rich and healthy it's better not to tell it. Otherwise you can be poor and sick very soon.

Question of Trust

Americans trust the System, not people. Russians trust people, not the System.

My Russia

This is my Russia.
Tradition and modernity, speed and slowness, beauty and lack of harmony and chaos, chaos everywhere....

Every Nation Has its Age

Americans are children: naive and never ashamed of asking because there are no stupid questions, trying, failing and trying again, dreaming, acting and achieving dreams.

Russians are teens: agressive if they do not know you but at the same time ready to do everything for friends or causes they believe in.

French are grown-ups: are afraid of a lot of things and think too much but reasonable and wise.

Imagine what world we can have with all this acting, caring and thinking people....

Back to Basics

My husband made me really laugh today saying "If in this country they did not use minutes we would be in deep shit". Right! With all these miles, pounds, gallons, Fahrenheit and & Co I feel like I should go back to school and start from basic things. Thank you, United States, you just make me feel so young having my whole life in front of me.

Our Kids are our Peaceful Future

On the 20th of January was my daughter's first birthday. She was born in Moscow, Russia. Her mom is Russian. Her dad is French. She lives in the United States now. She will live among Russians, French, Black and Asian people. She will speak a few languages. She will not care about nationalities. She will just see different PEOPLE.
Our kids are our peaceful future.
